At Zactonz Technologies, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. Since we are a digital product, we have established the following refund policy to maintain a fair environment for all our users.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Zactonz Technologies or find that it doesn't meet your needs, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction.
- You must not have significantly exhausted the service limits (e.g., high-volume API calls or massive data processing) prior to the request.
- Refunds only apply to the first purchase of a subscription; subsequent renewals are generally not refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at support@neuronflow.zactonz.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all requests within 3-5 business days.
Merchant of Record
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once we approve your refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method via Paddle's secure system. Please note that it may take several days for the bank to reflect the transaction.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
