These terms explain the rules that govern access to and use of NeuronFlow, including subscriptions, acceptable use, and liability boundaries.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zactonz Technologies, operated by NeuronFlow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Zactonz Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing-related customer service.

Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.
Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and processing.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Zactonz Technologies, you agree not to:

Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable law.
Upload or distribute malware, destructive code, or harmful payloads.
Attempt to reverse engineer, crawl, or disrupt the platform infrastructure.
Interfere with other users’ access to or enjoyment of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of NeuronFlow and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zactonz Technologies and NeuronFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
