Refund Policy

We want teams to feel confident adopting NeuronFlow. This policy explains refund eligibility, the review window, and how to request help.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Zactonz Technologies or decide it does not meet your needs, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction.
  • You must not have significantly exhausted the service limits, such as very high-volume API or automation usage, prior to the request.
  • Refunds apply to the first purchase of a subscription. Subsequent renewals are generally not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email support@neuronflow.zactonz.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to review all requests within 3 to 5 business days.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle’s secure systems.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
