Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zactonz Technologies (the "Service"), operated by NeuronFlow. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Zactonz Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.
  • Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details on eligibility and processing.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Zactonz Technologies, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, crawl, or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure.
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeuronFlow and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zactonz Technologies and NeuronFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
